Was lucky enough to score a build-slot for a 2025 Macan GTS last fall. Car was built in December and shipped from Emden to San Diego, then up to Los Angeles and my dealer. We took delivery on February 26.
Will this be one of the last ICE Macans? Who knows. It’s just great to have a car this cool/fun made to order.
Beautiful build!! Congrats!

Thx P_Coastal. Even though I’m coming from a 2022 992.1 S, there’s still a fair amount I have to learn about the car/controls.
I also own a Polestar 2 EV (which I plan to keep), so it’s interesting to compare the two EV’s, although the Macan is more luxurious, and expensive…although i avoided any tariff tax.
My first take on the Macan EV is that it’s sooooo quiet. Hardly any road noise (on Pirelli). It also rides smoother than the P2, which has a ride closer to the 992, in terms of stiffness/harshness.

Great color and will also be interested in any comments on your Electrifying Macan as am thinking my wife may really enjoy going that route. She doesn't drive her Macan S long distances very often and if it is a long trip we take my Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab. I know that sounds sacrilegious , but when we take the pickup she figures there are alot more things we can bring home, ha!

I’ve now had 3 years worth of owning an EV (Polesttar 2), so I no longer have any trip anxiety. That said, we live in the mid-Atlantic, so most of our trips are up and down the east Coast, where recharging stations are fairly common.
But for the most part (>90%), all of our driving is local…and we charge at home. Depending on your electricity provider, our’s really cuts their rates during off-house (in the early morning hours). As it’s worked out, my monthly charging costs (for our other EV) runs about $10-$12/month. When I had the 911, for premium grade, it cost me close to $70 per fill-up. And I don’t miss those trips to the gas station.
Another big incentive for the Macan EV (versus ICE Macan)….service intervals are once every 2 years, and cost is considerably less.
Thanks. The color, I believe, is new for 2025. It’s called “Copper Ruby Metallic”. My wife picked it out, as she has a better taste for such things. Here is another view….it takes on an almost metallic black when it’s dark, or at night, but in the sunlight, it’s a vibrant, rich color.
