They also do not slip

I didn't find reference to any diamonds, but yep, it's pretty clear to only raise in front on the inner rails... ...and never on the transmission in the back! That transmission lift is a suggestion at one of the popular tutorials for lifting found online!

How did you jack that thing up so high to get the wooden structures under??

PS: your front "rest point" appears not to be the inner rail... seems too close to the outer side?

The pucks are hidden in the photo and stacked with 2 or 3 high.

I used the term diamond as this is the shape of the "things" in the square frame rails that show the center of the lift points for the front.

I may be repeating myself, but when I got my 991.2 Turbo S, it was my ultimate dream car, so I just babied and pampered it the whole time I owned it. Had about 6k miles after nearly 4 years. When I sold it, a guy flew in from out of state to buy it and drive it home. He handed me a check, tossed his luggage in the back seat, taped(!) a radar detector to the dash, then blasted out of the parking lot with the windows down, one hand waiving goodbye out the window, while the other hand did double duty steering and holding his Big Gulp. He scraped the front lip hard on the way out. It was that exact moment when I started questioning why I didn't enjoy it more myself. Lesson learned. The 992 Turbo S is 9 months old and has over 4k miles.

And now this.... 10k mile '86 951at $40,944 with 2 days to go...

We're definitely not in Kansas anymore. I paid $12k for my '86 when it had 32k miles, and I'm pretty sure I overpaid at the time....

I like this one better than the last.. negligible mileage difference. It's a steal! Ha ha ha!
