Hey Bill, wondering if the buyer paid for the PPI , you paid, or did you split it? Did the buyer arrange it with his own shop or could you chose the shop? I always thought I'd split the cost with a buyer, but then reserve the right to keep a copy to show to future prospects in the event that the buyer backed out. Curious how you handled this? He paid for it, and I picked a local shop. On the previous sale I got a Porsche indy shop in chattanooga to do it and the buyer paid for it also.
