@toddinmd where did you get the leather boot with the platinum grey stitching?

I ended up getting it from Suncoast. Not cheap, but I wanted the look.

Just joined Carpokes and really glad I did. A lot of good information.

One topic caught my eye and it’s the one about installing the GT3/GT4RS style PDK shift lever plus manual shift housing and boot into my ‘21 Spyder. I bought the parts from Suncoast and had them installed by my local shop this past March. Looks great and works flawlessly.

@Tom78737 do you have photos of the completed installation? I’m installing mine this week.

@toddinmd did you ever find the part number for the GT4 RS PDK shifter with the white shift pattern?

No, nothing has been updated on the PET diagrams.

Here's the best site I've found for looking at the most current PET. The US versions are always delayed, I assume it's PCNA filtering everything.

It's in French, but easy to figure out what''s what or throw to google translator. Once you find a part number you can throw it into sunset Porsche or similar website to pull up the description to confirm.

Dr. John @Leader rolled up his sleeves today and helped install my PDK GT4 RS shifter and boot. There is so much that is cool about this:
1. Sits lower than the OEM plastic chrome shifter. The shift knob falls more comfortably in your hand while resting your arm on the center console lid.
2. The black leather boot and shifter look better than the OEM set up
3. The gear changes and manual toggle shifts somehow feel crisper - I’ll admit I may have just a bit of confirmation bias to feel good about the expense.
