Congratulations on getting the full use of your pads, ha! What pad is that, the stock one or are those Ferodo 3.12s? So far I have had 5 outings and I am still on my stock rotors, but I did switch over to Ferodos early.
Question --- what size Girodisc rotors did you get the 350mm or the 380mm ones?

Yes, I'd say your pads are kind of gone Jeremy!

Wow! I'd have thought the wear indicators would have some margin. Yours appear to have triggered only when the pad was gone.
I think I should make a habit of checking the brakes directly, not relying on the indicators (which are annoying to work with anyway).
@blueline can you share a link to your pad thickness gauge? I have been using the head of a small zip tie as they are 5mm thick. Seems like this pad failed as they got low.
Something like this?

There are 3.12, I out a bunch of days on both my stock rotors as well as the used GiroDisc I purchased.
These are the 350/350mm rotors , the upgrade from the GTS 350/330mm.

2 Year Service completed at Porsche Centre North Toronto. Love how the customer lounge looks onto the Service Bays.

I have another track day next Saturday and Sunday. Waiting on a new set of 3.12s from Apex so to not slow me down I installed the best set of pads I have here at the house, stock fronts and used 3.12 rears. Flushed two bottles of Endless fluid through the system, replaced the GiroDisc rotor rings. Then started thinking about swapping in adjustable rear end links. Wish I installed these before my last alignment. Bought these used this week. Wondering if I match the toe in at full droop that will be close enough…..

Unless your settings are off terribly, the probable worst outcome is prematurely worn tires.

Installed a fresh set of Ferodo 3.12 pads today to compliment my fresh rotor rings. I opted for the "S" pad shape, from a 991 911S in the rear which has a larger annulus to take advantage of the 330 -> 350 mm rotor upgrade I used. The previous pad was too short to take advantage of the new taller swept area.
Ferodo 3.12
Front FCP4664G
Rear FCP442G or FCP4713G ("S" pad shape)
