I've seen several reports that the dash will be different, without the dedicated tach (and tach bezel) in the center. It will be all digital according to most reports.

@Tom I saw/read the same thing. The dash gauges will be all digital and no more analog Tach. Which is sad though, to tell you the truth.Tom wrote: Thu Aug 25, 2022 10:53 am I've seen several reports that the dash will be different, without the dedicated tach (and tach bezel) in the center. Fantastic looking car!911R wrote: Wed Aug 24, 2022 3:52 pm I've just got my 2023 992.1 Porsche 911 Turbo specifications finalized. I am happy to get it.
It's too early to like the 992.2 as it may be a hybrid or an electric vehicle?
I have no clue as it's above my pay grade.

2024 or 2025 at the latest, USA spec 911’s will be coming with the Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPF) that the Euro spec cars have presently. USA emissions regulations get tighter each year for particulates until 2025 when GPF’s pretty much become mandatory.

I wonder if the rumors about having the option of Turbo, NA and hybrid engines are true.
If it is, would be worth it to wait and it would be a significant facelift.

I have driven sports cars with full digital dash. I was happy when the 992 came out and it still had an analog tach. I don't mind full digital dashboards but I prefer the 992.1 dash over the spy photos of the 992.2. I'll take every bit of analog in the car I can get at this point.Tom wrote: Thu Aug 25, 2022 10:53 am I've seen several reports that the dash will be different, without the dedicated tach (and tach bezel) in the center. I have a new 718 GTS. The dash is still 2/3 analog, the tach and odometer. I wish it was 3/3R1Samurai wrote: Mon Aug 29, 2022 7:34 amI have driven sports cars with full digital dash. For me the rev counter needs to be analog. It just looks... cheap when its digital - like I'm playing a video game.R1Samurai wrote: Mon Aug 29, 2022 7:34 amI have driven sports cars with full digital dash. I know I'll get over it but this may be enough to skip the 992.2 refresh for me. I would only go for it to get a NA engine if that engine is powerful enough.
