That's why I always put a thin zip tie around all pressurized vac lines.

These work well too. :) They were all over my 3rd gen rx7 back in the day, so I've stuck with them....

On most of the stuff I have been doing lately I am using AN fittings with a vacuum manifold mounted to the firewall area. for track cars its very handy to have a solid connection that can be taken apart and reassembled many times. Thanks to 'cheap' imported parts its not so costly (I wouldn't use the cheap stuff for oil, fuel or coolant - but OK for air)

Please don't use zip ties, they get extremely brittle from heat and will fail. oetiker clamps are my go to for vac lines.

Looking at the data log it happened less than half a second after the FPR hose failed.
What rpm did it occur at? Can you post the data log? Probably could provide some good learning experiences for the community!
