Android user here with Chrome . Yes scrolling is a PIA . Sometimes one finger works , sometimes two fingers work . Other times it is just frozen and nothing works .

I just turned off the mobile skin to see if that's where this is coming from. Any better now?

Hmmm.... sounds like we have a smoking gun. I'll leave off the mobile skin for now as I see if I can work out that issue...
Makes me wonder if the mobile skin is even worth the trouble?

Does anyone miss the mobile skin? I'm sure I could fix it with sine effort, just gauging to see if it's worth it?
