Update on the liver transplant: everything went as planned and both Aaron and Justin are out of surgery and back in the ICU. I think Aaron will be there overnight.. not sure about Justin... maybe longer as the next 48 hours are more critical for him. Thanks for your support.

Here's a pic of Aaron visiting Justin. Both are in ICU. This was Aaron's first time up and walking. Lots of tears between them and the wives... and a few at home too ;)

Update: everything has gone extremely well for both of the guys. Aaron and Justin spent about four days in ICU because there weren't any beds available on the transplant floor. Aaron is getting discharged today! He still gets tired pretty easily but certainly looks a lot better than post-op day 1. It's been confirmed via ultrasound that his liver has started to regenerate, which will take about three months. Justin should be discharged in the next few days.
