I use the steering wheel button for my camera, the other I use to bring up Nav.

I have my steering wheel button to activate the cameras and my dash button to activate the garage door opener.

I have the two buttons set for: the Home (Base) Screen and the Navigation Screen.

I have the two buttons programmed for:
1. the Home (Base) Screen
2. and the Sport exhaust valves
Do you know if homelink can be added aftermarket?

I've installed home link in previous cars that didn't have it.
I have purchased a used 3 button homelink module off ebay and mounted it somewhere unobtrusive (usually under the dash).
You only need to provide it with switched 12 volts and they are easily programmed just like you would program an OEM unit.
The module can be mounted in any appropriately sized plastic box.
