I will definitely do that. It will unfortunately be a few months, I have to refinish the 930 fuchs first.

I bought the Yokohama A008P's (245/45-r16 & 225/50-r16) through Discount Tire about a year ago.
I like them. Really good dry weather traction (I haven't driven in rain yet). They fill out the rims better than the old Goodyear's I had on before.

Cheers

@Gaspowered, how is the steering feel and noise?

These will replace some bfg sport comp2 summer tires that I love, other than they are quite loud.

I find the handling quite good and the fronts bite well. The turn in is quick.
Noise? Well for me, that's a bit subjective as I have tinnitus and hear noise 24/7/365.
That said, I do find them more quiet than than Goodyear's I had before, but those were quite old.

Yokohama also has a street legal "competition" tire in the 225-245/16 sizes, the Advan 052. The tread depth on those are 5/32nd's as compared to the 7/32nd's on the A008P's.

I'm not planning on tracking my car and my wife and I are going to take several trips this summer in it, so I wanted something that wasn't too aggressive or soft.

I hope that helps some.
If you have any other questions, just let me know.

Cheers

I appreciate it, that’s exactly what I plan to do with mine. It’s a weekend fun car and I have no interest in tracking it. I want a good tire for spirited driving. Thanks so much for the insight!!!
