This is a friendly, public forum. You present your car for sale, I ask how much.
I must say I never understood the strategy behind posting a car for sale without a price? I guess the fear is pricing it below what someone is willing to pay? But I'd worry it creates a "what's going on here" vibe to an otherwise straight-forward offering? Not being critical, just genuinely curious what the motivation is not to post a price. When I sold my 991 Turbo S, I was buried in low-ball offers by brokers, dealers, and flippers (offensively low in some cases, hoping I needed to make bail that day I guess). Seems like that would only be worse without a price.
It also bothers me to be required to give personal information to a stranger in order to get reasonable details about a public posting on this forum. It does not feel right for this forum especially.
