Actually, I was able to install the plastic cover, but I think I modified slightly.. the issue really was the metal bracket that holds the fuel rail really needs to be modified in order for the strut brace not to rub against it( I didn’t have the heart to heart into that fuel rail brace) destroyed, braces, made by DynatechTom wrote: Thu Dec 28, 2023 10:23 am I know @Crazy Eddie has a fancy brace and is constantly trying to prevent contact to preserve his jewelry-like engine bay (and if memory serves, he doesn't use the plastic cover on the fuel rail). For that reason, I've never felt all that comfortable with the braces I've seen out there.

Here is a picture of the strut bar. You can see there is clearance under normal circumstances.
