Thanks for the information. Sometimes dealing with PNA is like playing darts on a rocking boat.

Agreed! I don't know how close the company 9XX actually is to Porsche but they seem legit. What I don't understand is why there appears to be no sense of urgency from PNA over this incredible technology that Porsche has developed. I think it's awesome even if it's only half as remarkable as Porsche describes it. My eyes would certainly be thankful!

Anthony is coming September 14 to set my car up and some others. I’ll update this once completed.

Thank you again for sharing this with us!!

This whole PDLS+ issue has me steamed with Porsche and PNA and even NHTSA who dragged their butts for centuries before approving something that adds immeasurably to safer, better and more fun nighttime driving. (Ok, just a tiny bit of hyperbolizing with the NHTSA "centuries" crack but who cares! Lol)

See rant on this Carpokes thread that got off topic a bit: viewtopic.php?t=2163&hilit=pdls+matrix

Put in a good word for me with Anthony! (Please!)

Unfortunately Anthony could not program my cayenne. He needs the newest Porsche Piwis which they are distributing to dealers first. He said he will come back on his next tour to get my car done. He did a 992 while he was here and the results were fantastic.

While PNA is dragging their feet on this safety issue, they are increasingly Tesla-izing their newest models. I recently had a 2024 Macan loaner. Almost all the controls were on a low horizontal screen requiring me to take my eyes off the road frequently. Buttons and switches are an endangered species soon to be extinct.

Even though I know it's coming whether we want it or not, I still hate to hear it. Logic is not in abundant supply these days.

Thanks for the update! Even though the Cayenne didn't get done this time, it appears that you are very pleased with both the process and the results. That's what I wanted to hear.

I guess his next tour will be 2024.
