I had the dealer order me the Porsche Carrera wheels (19/20) with Continental 860 S mounted. Tire Rack, my typical go-to, had me spinning in circles. I think I finally got wheels and tires that would work, but at the price of the OEM set. The only advantage would be that I would probably have them and be able to bring the car home from the dealership.

I did the same thing - bought complete winter wheel/tire sets from my Porsche dealer for both the 992 TTS and the Cayenne Turbo.

I don't know about the experiences of others, but I've found it extremely helpful to develop a relationship w/my dealer and everyone there - sales, service, parts. If you do, they will be more inclined to cut you some slack on retail pricing. It never hurts to ask. They also store my off-season wheel/tire sets which is super convenient.
