Cam timing is done, and the chain tensioner istalled.

I'm using silicon gaskets for the valve cover.

The fan and housing was powder coated over 10 years ago. Good to see it holds up nice.

Just curious, but how many hours did the whole process take? (asking about your time in garage--not downtime for any outsourcing)
