If I wanted to test the ICV wiring how do I test the outer pins? I know they are negative, but the ICV works by alternating them, so the wires simply can’t go to ground right? I mean they have to run to a switch that alternates the grounds.

I want to test the continuity of the wires from the ICV connector to wherever they connect - where is that?

Pins 33 and 34 of the DME connector (see pic). This is from the DME Test Plan[1] which I can't attach here because it's too big.
