Hello, here is the model of the faceplate.

NOTE: I did not try it yet, since my was broken, but I was capable to glue it together. I have just seen that someone is selling the model for 5 bucks. It is quite easy one, so I model it.

Has anyone developed a model/stl for the clear plastic piece underneath?

Pretty sure there is one on Carpokes somewhere? If not, I have a model somewhere. But Rennbay did a reproduction of them a while ago, which are cheap and actually better than the originals insofar as you don't need to de-solder anything to install them...
