I love my 2016 Cayenne Turbo, but have two very annoying problems.
1. When running the air conditioner the condensate spills into the passenger footwell and sometimes in the passenger footwell when turning. I have tried multiple times to clear the condensate drain line, but that does not fix the problem. Any solutions?
2. When running the heater, outside cold air blows into the passenger footwell. Ditto, any solutions?
Thank you very much!

On the first issue, I know some people cut the flap off the bottom of the drain tube, as it tends to allow gunk to collect and require constant cleaning. You can also insert a rigid tube in the end, or use a zip tie, it to hold it open if you don't want to cut the tube. I went through something similar with regular (rain) drain tubes, and forcing the bottom to stay open essentially fixed it -- from clogging every few months to every 3 or 4 years...RZwetzig wrote: Wed May 13, 2026 9:19 pm I love my 2016 Cayenne Turbo, but have two very annoying problems.
