I just purchased one of Pete Fitzpatrick's high performance crankshaft dampers and thought I would let others know that as of today, 4/11, Pete has three (3) more available. The price is $511 plus $39 shipping. You can contact Pete directly at [email protected].

Once these are sold they will be available directly from the manufacturer, http://bhjproducts.com, as advertised on their website, but Pete suspects the lead time will be 90 days or so.

Here are some images. The weight is 1720 gr, or 3 lb 12.65 oz, or 3.79 lb. The max diameter is 15 cm. I don't know how these compare to stock.

Pete at RS Barn retired sometime last year and closed the business, but still has a few misc. parts available, and maintains some rsbarn.com emails along with his gmail address.

He has a lovely 944 S2 stainless header available... but not sure I want to open that can of worms as I doubt it will mate up to my Cargraphic exhaust system without major surgery.

Cheers.

Any idea what he wants for that? Been thinking about doing an exhaust on my 91S2, not sure about whether to do just a catback, or do headers too.

Normal price is $1099; Pete offered it to me for $900. The tubes are 1-3/4", which may be a bit large for
a street car but OK for track use? The collector is 2-1/2". Here's a few pictures.

I love my Cargraphic exhaust as it includes a high performance 100 cell CAT. Back when emission testing was required in WA State my car easily passed. In normal driving it's quiet, with zero drone, but really sounds great at higher revs. The system was developed for the Euro NGT racing series. You can find pictures and pricing at Vivid Racing; it's not cheap, around $2400, but it's a fully engineered system that's 100% bolt-on.

Eesh, that's big in size and price. Probably going to do other things first before that. Need to remove the catalytic converter first.
