Had our 2014 911 done recently.

Two independent garages quoted $1300 and change and the other $1500 and change.

The dealer we usually go to quoted $1900 and change and after a bit of reference to the above we got it it $1537.35.

And that was solely to change the fluid in the PDK? Is there a lot of labor to do that job I guess?

That was the total price for all fluids, new pan with permanent filter, labor, taxes, etc to service our PDK......out the door as they say.

Due to track use, I had the trans fluid and diff oil in the GT4 replaced late 2022 at our Porsche dealership. It was $1,036 plus tax back then. Seven liters/quarts of $38/qt trans fluid plus four liters/quarts of $49/qt diff oil runs up the cost quickly - those fluids were almost half the total bill. Add in sealing bolts, sealing rings, etc. as well as labor and you're at the $1k cost.

I'm having the trans and diff serviced again as I write this. It will be higher this go around.
