Very nice work, similar to my build. What size injectors were you running? I'm interested to know if I went big enough.

They are rated at 740cc at 3 bar, but I'm running base fuel pressure of 3.5 bar, so roughly 860cc. I had them left over from the V6 I had before. I knew they would be too small, but it's pretty easy to upgrade and rescale later.

A minor update this weekend. This should make room for a better airbox and make the system self bleeding.

I'm planning to tidy up hoses, paint the brackets and add a turbine housing heat shield shortly.

That is really cool.

You mentioned you have dished pistons. I’m assuming you had them dished at a machine shop? How much was removed? I’m thinking of doing the same thing.

I did the machining. The shelf Wossners for S2 have a very thick crown.

I printed it in carbon reinforced nylon. I've got one more revision I'm going to make on the front cover, but the rear half fits nicely and uses the original cam sensor. It could be but from aluminum easily.

Ah you made a full new cover, not just a cover plate for the front!
Would you mind sharing the design? :)
