Adding Fog lights 1987 924s

Hello Pokes,
I am looking to add aftermarket Fog Lights (Hella's or similar) to my 924s 1987 Front bumper area.
After researching i could not find too many descripitions with pictures for my limited knowledge. I can gather info here and there, some on the first gen 924, but info is patchy and I want to make sure I am on the right track.

From what I gathered I believe i found the two pre-wired attachments in the front area.

From there i think i am suppose to add two relays- located in the position next to the Sunroof/radio relay under the steering area...
is it these two white ones?
any specific relay needed? can a generic ones be used?
on an aside, the previous owner added trailer brake light hook up... im not sure if that is what those blue attachments are...

From there: Is there wiring to the spot where the fog light switch would normally go in cars equiped with fog lights?
I see some mentions of a "rear fog light switch" also....
would i add a fuse to position #15? ( i need to crouch under and see whats there now)

Lastly i found this connection underneath if anyone could tell me what its for just for knowlege sake...

Our cars come pre-wired for just such an option. It's plug 'n' play. The relay should be P/N: 944.615.119.00

so by the diagram it should be two of the same relays? Porsche Multi Purpose Relay?
