Random engine cut out on Panamera ST Turbo

I have had my car to two dealers on this little issue.

When I stop in traffic or move to a crawl the engine cuts out and I get a stop/start failure message. I then have to restart the car which is not an ideal situation in dense traffic. This occurs at random intervals. Neither dealer could specifically identify the failure condition.

Would be grateful if anyone has any suggestions as to cause.. I will be driving the car up from Scottsdale to Toronto, so irritating to manage this. I can simply turn off the stop/start each time I drive which solves the issue .
