Lower balance shaft support bolts

Are there more than 3 bolts that hold it on? I took the three bolt out as shown in this picture Image and it's not coming out (at least not as easily as it did with the upper support). Am I missing something? It's wiggling, but I'm hesitant to really send it and end up breaking something.

There is a bracket on the back on cars with power steering.

I just looked at the Pelican write-up and it's just wrong when it lists only 3 bolts. You need to remove the one on the back too. If you read all the comments to that procedures, someone pointed out the mistake.

The woodruff key in the shaft must also be removed.

I was just pulling my lower balance shift seals yesterday and it really didn't want to come out. The spacer sleeve over the shaft needed to be very "convinced" to come out. Need to pull the upper and compare the other one.
