Hi from Oregon! I'm happy to find this informative friendly forum! I drive a built 2003 BoxsterS with a 3.8L engine by EBS in Nevada.
Suspension mods, Fabspeed header/muffler, Softronic engine control . Its the easiest car to drive on the track or central Oregon ranch roads.
10 years club level motorcycle roadracing years back and old enough to know better now!

Thanks, all for the warm welcome! Larry C, you are correct about being a blast to drive. Forgot to mention it has a 911 throttle body, IPD plenum on the intake side. Heads and cams are stock. EBS gave me LN engineering Nickies after machining the cases to get the 3.8L. They estimate 350+HP, tuned for torque. We have an informal group of friends with 911’s, a CaymanS, and an Acura NSX. We have seen most of less patrolled good roads in Oregon on 4-5 day long weekend trips with 4-12 cars. My horsepower comes on at lower RPM’s than the stock 911’s that have a few more HP and a few hundred more pounds than me. We do not race or pass, just drive fast and have fun. Debriefing at the pre dinner cocktail hour when the day is done. I’ll understand if the editor abbreviates!

We love pics - they are a breeze to post due to the fact that Carpokes handles photos internally so no 3rd party pic hosting necessary.
Tom's handy dandy instructions here in case needed.

Great to have another Trackrat ( or would that be more appropriate as a TrackRatte for the Stuttgart Speedsters, ha ) on Carpokes and do consider posting some pics/videos the next time you assault the asphalt.
Welcome !

Thanks! Working on my picture posting skills and will get there. Currently working on putting up a hoist in my shop an aging friend was kind enough to donate to me as he cannot work overhead any longer, and knows I will help him here when he needs things overhead. Disassembled today and hauled to my shop so we can start assembly tomorrow.
