Servicing AFM

Hi again,

Has anyone cleaned their AFM? If so what did you use to clean it? After reading several threads this seems to possibly be a cure for my idle/hesitation issue when cold.

I understand I use a small screw driver to remove the lid which is glued in place. The track that the arm rotates on could possibly be dirty and need cleaning although I’m unsure why this would not be an issue once the car is warm, though it has helped a lot of owners with their issues.
