Good to know.

Then the grill area that 71eh and Tom are talking about is open on your car with a screen rather than a solid piece, correct? (The thread and accompanying pics have gotten me somewhat confused!)

It’s actually completely open with a radiator. I added Zunsport grills as protection for all three radiators.

The thread I started here was just in reference to the BASE and S models, not the GTS, GT4, and GT4 RS because they all have the different styled front end as standard which has an opening in the center. Only the Base and S models have the solid plastic piece in the center (no air flow), like in my pictures.

Sorry that this thread meandered a bit. I think you are on to something. Porsche is very strict about using their logos or model designations but you could pick something specific to your car. 🤔

@Tom would it be cost effective to make embossed center plates for the 718 base and S folks? I’ll bet an inexpensive OEM template is available. I can call around tomorrow.

@Tom @71eh Suncoast sells the center bumper cover. Adam, are you looking for a 3D replacement cover, minus the slats, with lettering or design embossed or debossed on the cover? Maybe mock-up your dream version? Tom, would this be easily doable? It looks like the OEM cover has a lot of attachment points.

Yea pretty much, as a cover, not a replacement part like the OEM one. It looks like that if its measured correctly, would fit overtop nicely. It was just a thought and might look kinda cool :)

At least with the ACC, it has some character... Kinda reminds me of HAL 9000
