I've had many fantastic Japanese cars over the years, especially back in their golden days of the 70's and 80's. The most memorable ones were a 1978 Toyota Corolla SR5, '82 Celica GT, '84 Supra Gt and, at top of the list, a 1972 Datsun 240Z. Would love to have any of them back!

Welcome aboard. Plenty of great Japanese cars out there. One of my favorite cars ever was my '93 RX7 twin turbo. That car was ahead of its time, and holds up well even against more modern cars.

p.s., Get your brother to join up here!! We have gobs of 944 expertise on the site.

I read about Carpokes in the recent issue of Panorama. My name is Michael and I live outside of Austin, TX. Bought my first Porsche at the beginning of the year, a 2023 911 Carrera S Cab. Love this car just sad there aren’t enough free days to drive it!!
