Great-looking Shepherd! Many years ago I had a much smaller version that had some other unknown mix in her - she was awesome. I can tell your girl knows her job and is ready for whatever arises!
Thank you. She has got the sweetest nature with us, but is very suspicious of strangers. And can eat a whole rabbit/rat/pigeon/squirrel.
That means she's super fast too!
But selectively deaf when in the chase. Once she took off after a hare, and disappeared out of sight. Now I have to keep her on a long lead on walks.

Once the chase starts, selectively deaf with a single purpose, one track mind only. I'd expect nothing else! But yes, a lead is safer for her, for sure.

She was never going to outrun a healthy Hare, I think it was playing with her. We'd just move area though, and she may not have found her way home. Fortunately she heard me shouting for her after 15 minutes, after that happened twice, there was no more off lead walks for her.

We put a GPS Collar on Daisy, we were warned she was a runner (rescue dog).

I'll say it again - Daisy - what a great dog name! I always think of the old Chic Young comics and comic strips featuring Dagwood, Blondie & Daisy!

A wonderful and heartwarming dog rescue story!!

https://nasaspeed.news/columns/must-rea ... -roadside/

She was 20lbs when they picked her up on the side of the road on the way to VIR - probably not far from death.

Still need to figure out a way they can drive in my Turbo Cab with the top down.

Back in 2017, when we brought home our Double Doodle puppy, Romeo, he immediately started hanging out in the garage with me. I took a pic of him every week in the same spot next to my GTS Club Coupe. I have too many of these to share, but here’s a small-to-tall comparison shot that gives you the idea. Romeo is now 6 years old, but he still hangs in the garage with me.

And he loves riding in the car, especially the Macan.

How great it that! I can only imagine the timeline of images you've put together. That is special, certainly something you'll always have to remember. Nice! Our pals forever.
